Nursery - Indoor Facilities
We have some excellent facilities in Nursery, including role play areas, sensory areas, water play, sand pits, reading jungle, writing area, home corner, maths corner, puzzle area and much more. These areas are changed regularly to support the topic we are learning in Nursery.
Nursery - Outdoor Facilities
Outdoor play is on offer to the children almost every day whatever the weather.
All children need wellingtons and a waterproof coat every day (these can be left in class).
The outdoors is part of our classroom and as such children are expected to learn outdoors from the natural environment as well as indoors.
Our Day

Afternoon Nursery Session 12:15pm - 3:15pm

Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum (EYFS)
Within the Foundation stage we have worked hard to create a curriculum that allows the Nursery year and Reception year to complement each other, building on skills that are established in Nursery within Reception to enable children to become school ready at the end of the Foundation stage.
